Terms and Conditions: 

1. The Stones Panels are Pre-Order. The delivery material is approximately of two months to three months. 
2. Once we received the order the material will be delivery.
3. Once we receive the order, that order is automatically placed on the manufacturing plant. There is no refund.

Installation: 

1. Additional work like (remove existing pipes, removal, or re-installation tv station, wall leveling, etc.) will be discussed prior of the installation date, to determine the real cost and arrive with the necessary material and equipment. 
2. If the supplied measurements by the client were wrong and after arriving to the client property more material is needed, we will supply the client the new installation cost due to the additional pieces needed. 

1. Once performed the installation this product can’t be cleaned with chemicals solutions or detergent. Only clean water or biodegradable degreaser.
2. Once we received the paid of the installation the client accept that work was performed satisfactorily. Additional visit will have an additional cost.
