Project Name: Puerto Rico “Tu Hogar Renace” FEMA Sheltering & Temporary Essential Power (STEP) Program.

After the damages suffered during the hurricanes of 2017 (Irma and María), Kenara Multiservices was selected by the largest FEMA program in Puerto Rico “TU HOGAR RENACE”. We were proudly part of the emergency repairs for approximately 600 residences in Puerto Rico. 

 

 

Project Name: Home Repair, Reconstruction or Relocation Program

Location: Puerto Rico

Project Duration: 10 Years

The Government of Puerto Rico, through the Department of Housing, presented the R3 Program. With funds allocated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), it will provide assistance for the repair or reconstruction of single-family homes that were affected by Hurricanes Irma and or María, with substantial damage that are in hazardous areas (floodplain or landslide risk areas), they may be offered relocation assistance to safe housing.

Kenara Multiservices was one of the first contractors validated in the northern area by the Department of Housing and SLS. This was due to our excellent performance in TU HOGAR RENACE, and the speed in complying with all the documentation and requirements in this new project. This project started, Kenara Multiservices is part of this reconstruction program.

 

Project Name: Continuous Improvements (Roof Coating, Paint, Fences, Reparations, New Doors, and the client's requirements.

Location: Dorado

Since 2019 Kenara Multiservices is providing services to Dorado Beach. We are well positioned with this client. Different projects continue emerging, Kenara Multiservices are leading them. In addition, we handle some of the jobs directly with the owners. So we are doing work with owners of large corporations in Puerto Rico.
