At Kenara Multiservices, we put the highest level of effort, quality and attention to detail into everything we do, and this includes providing quotes. While some volume builders offer a basic 1-page quote (in the worst case only the full price) for a construction project, we offer a comprehensive building proposal.
At Kenara Multiservices, our Pre-Construction Evaluation & Design Development Process follows 12 steps. Depending on what part of the building journey you engage our team, you may or may not work through all of the below steps with us. These 14 steps applied only for Residential & Walk Up, Commercial and Complexes & Condos Quotes.
- Analysis of plans, existing plans, and construction documentation.
- Site visit with client. In this meeting we will discuss details, requirements, timeframes, constraints (if applicable).
- Project feasibility and constructability review. This step evaluates the technical feasibility of the project, identifies design constraints, construction requirements, engineering considerations, and coordination requirements. No construction price or cost estimate is provided during this stage.
- Present alternatives to the client during the visit.
- Kenara Multiservices does not provide construction prices, fixed prices, preliminary prices, budget estimates, price ranges, or verbal cost approximations before the project design, specifications, finishes, materials, dimensions, engineering requirements, and scope of work have been fully completed and approved by the client.
- Contact relevant trades & suppliers for prices, negotiating accordingly.
- Develop a timeline of events to establish project duration.
- Once the design has been fully completed and formally approved by the client, Kenara Multiservices will prepare the final construction proposal.
- Only after final design approval will Kenara Multiservices issue the final construction proposal, including the fixed contract price, detailed scope of work, project schedule, and payment schedule.
- Refine inclusions and exclusions to ensure the end product matches your vision and budget.
- Provide comprehensive construction details. This will include project price, a detailed scope of works, schedules start date, timeline of events & payment schedule.
- On acceptance, we will produce a Master Contract fixed price contract for the client.
- The quote format will be Lump sum Price.
- Because every Kenara Multiservices project is custom designed, the final construction price cannot be calculated until the design has been fully completed and approved by the client. No fixed price, preliminary price, estimated price, budget range, verbal approximation, or construction quotation will be provided before that stage. Any request for pricing prior to final design approval falls outside the scope of the quotation service.
We have the above deliverables provided to clients in a timely manner, maintaining communication should there be any disruptions during the process. Our proposals are detailed and transparent and whenever possible we will meet with clients to present the final document and go through it in detail.
As we have mentioned, there is a significant amount of time, effort and money that goes into the preparation of a detailed building proposal. In order to provide this high level of service, we require payment for this service, which includes a consultation to review and answer any questions you may have.

If the project or the job is awarded to Kenara Multiservices, we will apply a credit of the visit in the deposit invoice.
Construction drawings, design, renderings, 3D and 4D concepts are not include on this price. We provide the service if you are interested in any of these services let us know and we will provide you a quote.
The approximate time for the initial visit is 14 working days.
Refund:
Once we have scheduled any visit to the client’s properties, we will provide only the 50 % refund) if the client decides to cancel.
Once the order is made and we scheduled the time and date on the visit, we stop taking orders for that time and date.
Change of date and time can be made 24 hours prior to the visit.
Appliance Order Policy
As part of our service, we offer the sale of appliances, which are ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer’s plant. Once an order is placed through our Shopify store, it is considered final. No refunds or store credits will be issued for appliance purchases.
