1. These products are Pre-Order. The delivery material is approximately of two months to three months.

2. Once we received the order the material will be delivery. We will contact the customer prior to issue any delivery to confirm the delivery location and provide the delivery cost for approval.

3. Once we receive the order, that order is automatically placed on the manufacturing plant. There is no refund or store credit.

Appliance Order Policy

As part of our service, we offer the sale of appliances, which are ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer’s plant. Once an order is placed through our Shopify store, it is considered final. No refunds or store credits will be issued for appliance purchases.

Please ensure all specifications and selections are accurate before completing your order.

These policies are effective at the time of international purchase. In cases where an order is in transit, any tariff differential or economic adjustment that comes into effect will be applied to the original invoice issued by our company.

These are external factors beyond our control. We would like there to be greater economic and political stability regarding governmental decisions; however, we have no control over such measures.
