In addition to the many team members that make up our company, from Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Accountants, Administrative Staff, Estimators, Marketing professionals, Architects, Engineers, Superintendents and Field Crew. Below are the key personal that oversee the major departments in our firm.

 Javier Rivera, President

Javier is the President of Kenara Multiservices and currently oversees the overall operations of the firm and is responsible for business development, overall office management and client relations. He has a associate in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (In Process).

 Neishma Feliciano, Vice President

Neishma is the Vice President of Kenara Multiservices and takes an active and daily role in all the company’s business affairs. She has a Master in Business Administration and now she is a doctorate student in Development Business and Management PhD.

 Soleim Feliciano, Office Administrator

Soleim is responsible for the day to day operations of the office. On top of managing the office, Soleim also supports our accounting department with the accounts receivable, accounts payable and billing. The office could not run without Marie staying on top of the purchasing of the office supplies and office equipment. She also oversees our IT manager with all technology related items for the office.

 Elizabeth Robles, Comptroller

Elizabeth is the lead accountant for all projects in the firm. She manages all the cost control and accounting files that support the final costs of the project. She also manages any audit processes with projects and is the keeper of the financial documents.

Oscar Pérez, Operations Manager

Mr. Perez has over 30 years commercial and private construction experience and possesses strong labor and operational experience. He is committed to excellence in quality control and owner satisfaction. As the Operations Manager he plans, coordinates, monitors, controls, and closes out projects. He is in charge of all phases of the project life cycle.

Julia Pastor, Website Manager & Social Media Consultant

She is a talented, experienced web designer that help us since one day. Doing that our website looks unique, memorable and in a simple way. Julia does the magic and exceeds in achieve all needs in a virtual plane of our business.

 Maria Rivera, Content Creator

Maria is responsible for the ideation and creation of content that connects a brand to our prospective audience. She is responsible for creating content such as, photography, video and video editing, graphic design and so forth. Client service via DM.
