Product Structure and Performance Description:
Carbon crystal board is one of the most popular wall decorations materials at present widely used in various commercial spaces like hotels, apartments, schools, hospitals, residences, and other engineering decoration fields. It has the following product characteristics:
1. Excellent product stability. The substrate of our carbon crystal board is a three-layer structure, with a crystal ceramic layer on the surface and bottom layer, and a bamboo carbon fiber layer in the middle core layer. The product with a three-layer structure has an excellent stability and excellent deformation resistance.
2. Ultra high environmental performance. The product is built with environmentally friendly calcium zinc stabilizers throughout the production of carbon crystal plates, abandoning traditional lead salt stabilizers. The adhesive adopts imported PUR adhesive. (Polyurethane reactive adhesives PUR adhesives; also called reactive hot melts, reactive polyurethanes or RPU adhesives) are one-part formulations that combine the initial speed of a hot melt adhesive with the strength of a structural adhesive).
3. The diversity of surface decoration materials. Our product stablished long and lasting relationship with excellent domestic wall fabric manufactures, using traditional PVC film, PP film, PET film, leather, metal film, water based cross fabric-based film, and so on. Inn terms of visual presentation our product can be both plain and luxurious.
4. The diversity of processing and installation process. Our company carbon crystal board production has its own large-scale extruder, which is seamless from extrusion to flat pasting. We can also provide processing for rear section with large engraving Michielsen heavy-duty slotting, machines, which can carve any size at will. We can also crate double female groves (flat buckles), male female groves (lock buckles), natural U-seams, and other buckle types for carbon crystal plates. This greatly reduces the difficulty to installing the port and improves the effect presented during delivery.

- The HD Wall Board and components are Pre-Order. The delivery material is approximately of two months to three months.
- Special orders via FedEx air freight can be provided as per client requested.
- Once we receive the order, that order is automatically placed on the manufacturing plant.
- Once the order is placed on our e-commerce store there will be no refunds or online credit. The purchased material(s) will be delivered to the customer.
